Warranty– J.R. Fire Tools products are warranted against defects in packaging, material and workmanship for 45 days from the original purchase. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage is not covered by this limited warranty. Injuries or other damages are the responsibility of the user.
Returns– Items may be returned for refund within 45 days of receiving order (shipping not included).. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from J.R. Fire Tools and must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging-due to the nature of our products. Injuries or other damages are the responsibility of the user.
